Schedules

At Lighthouse, we handle our scheduling a little differently than traditional scheduling. We have M/W and T/T classes, three classes per day. The teacher has more time to spend on the subject, and students are able to become immersed in their studies, projects, and labs for longer periods of time. In addition, Fridays are special.

On Fridays, students may opt to study at home or at school. The teacher may request that a student attend tutorials on Friday, or a parent my sign a student up for study hall. Friday is the day that students will study, reinforce, receive additional one-on-one help, and truly develop those study skills required for success in higher education. Most field trips are also scheduled on Fridays.

Our school days start at 8:30am and end at 3:30pm.
